Project is joining three historic building at the core possition in the old town of Bratislava. Its history could be dated back to 13th century. These buildings have overcome many stages from beiing the part of fortification wall to the proposed boutique hotel. We see its new function and addition as a new layer of their historical context. Since the buildings are located in the historical center and are listed, most of the work is done underground with a discreed additions towards the former dyke and on the roofs. the unique rooms of the hotel are organized around central courtyard. Creating the highest standard of hotel in the historical fabric of the old town with preserving the historical context made this project one of the most complex we have done.
